Jul 22, 2012 - Use a old window I found this at a garage sale , cover using a putty knife with clear caulk and apply flat glass stones, marbles, or shaped glass stones. Found mine at the dollar store.. Let dry and use inside or out, this one is outside with a solar spotlight behind it and look great at night.. You can do any size picture frame just remove the back seal with caulk around the edges to hold in the glass and repeat procedure above . Looks great in a sunny window
