Total Coat Undercoating is a liquid plastic coating, water based formula, specially engineered for the automotive industry, as an exceptional rustproofing, corrosion and abrasion protection material. It also provides sound deadening qualities. Total Coat Undercoating substitutes the traditional asphalt/rubber based products with a solvent free, non-toxic, plastic product.

TC/UC should be applied on a clean, bare, primed or painted surface, free of oil, grease, dirt, release agents etc. A citrus based or waterborne degreaser is recommended for thorough cleaning, even on new cars. Can be applied on primed, painted or top coated surfaces. A cross linked polymer coating of 0.5 mm to 1.0 mm (20-40 mil) thickness maintains its original elasticity for many years without cracking or peeling.

The included spray gun is model Total Coat RA88. The gun has a threaded collar which allows for direct attachment to the product canister.

Use the Rustfre 5050QC to spray rustproofing and undercoating products such as the 1000-1C and 1020F-1. Simply unscrew and remove cap from your gallon jug. Insert dip tube into the container and screw on cap, which is attached to the material hose of the gun. Attach air line and raise pressure to 40 to 60 psi and the gun is ready to use. Includes Spray gun, 10.5 x 1/2 OD Pickup Tube, and 38-1/2 in L Spray hose with quick connect coupling at the gun.
