French long necklace with enamel clasp and 14 karat (585) and 18 karat (750) rose gold. The 14 karat gold clasp is rectangular with two facets. The facets are decorated with enamels and motifs: one centred on a shield framed by two laurel leaves, the corners enamelled blue; the other decorated with a frieze of triangles enamelled blue, the corners enamelled white. The 18 karat gold sautoir chain is made of jaseron mesh. French regional jewellery from the mid-19th century, Normandy region.

Long French necklace barrel clasp – Maison Mohs

Victorian French drapery necklace in yellow gold 18 karats. The necklace is composed of alternated links, some with twisted decoration, others with rose decoration. The twisted elements hold in pampille of the golden scrolls decorated with a natural pearl. A stone imitating sapphire (doublet garnet/glass) adorns the centre of the composition, decorated on both sides with laurel leaves holding scrolls adorned with a fine pearl. This necklace has five natural pearls in total.
