These beads will absorb up to 30% of their weight and are great for making car and home air fresheners or your own freshies! This listing includes 10oz of unscented aroma beads and 5 sachets. Just add fragrance oil and optional coloring. It is recommended to add between 1-2 ounces of fragrance per pound of beads. You can add a drop or two of liquid candle dye to color your beads as well. Within about 48 hours, your beads will have absorbed all of your fragrance oil and are ready to be put in the included sachets for use in your car, office or home. Please make sure the beads are dry to the touch so no oil is absorbed on any surfaces. The fragrance will typically last between 4-6 weeks. You can make your own freshies by melting the beads in a cookie cutter in the oven. Set your oven from 325 to 350F and place your beads in the cookie cutter. Keep a watch as it only takes a few minutes for your beads to begin softening. You do not want the beads to melt, just soften enough to press in the mold and take shape. Allow to cool for about 10 minutes before removing from mold.
