Unscented Finishing Wax: Step Two 100% food-safe Materials: Fractionated coconut oil & beeswax Volume: 4 oz. How to Maintain or Restore a Board Clean the item with light soap and lukewarm water, and then let it dry standing up. If there are deep knife cuts or if any mold is visible, sanding the board down will be necessary. After that, apply our oil directly to the surface, spread it with a rag until coated on all sides, let it dry for 12 - 24 hours, and wipe away the excess with a clean rag. For full protection, apply a thin layer of our Finishing Wax over the entire surface with a rag, let dry 20 - 60 minutes, and then buff with a clean rag. Using with Another Company's Products Our Conditioning Oil and Finishing Wax can be used alongside most other oil-based finishes or epoxy and resins, such as when making a river board or when using wood pieces that have had cracks and holes filled with epoxy.
