Victorian Retrospective Coiled Serpent Bracelet

A Victorian style snake bracelet rendered in sturdy 10K yellow gold with tiny glowing garnet eyes and hand engraving and coiled and ready to strike at any time. The bracelet is in very good condition with lots of spring in its body. Circa 1940

A tapered coil of sterling silver makes up this wonderful Victorian bracelet. The central coil is beveled and has floral imagery engraved around it. This section of the coil is wider than the rounded section, which measure approx. 2mm (ends)- 3.4mm in diameter. The widest part in the center measures approx. 3/8 inch. When sitting on a table, the bangle measures approx. 1 inch tall. The springy bangle goes over the hand. The approx. inner circumference measures 7 1/8 inches.
