Names will be run vertical on tumblers, from bottom to top, unless otherwise noted in the ad listing or if requested in the personalization box. Please be aware that the tumbler will be created exactly as the name is spelled or in the exact order that the initials are listed on the order. We cannot refund orders for customer spelling errors. If no remarks are made, the tumbler will be made as shown in the listing photos.VERY IMPORTANT:As these are handmade items, please be aware that each tumbler will be unique. No two will ever be exactly the same. Small flaws such as a couple stray pieces of glitter, a small bump less than a quarter of an inch under a decal, or imperfections in the epoxy of one inch or less may be possible.
