This knife is backed by a stainless-steel channel running the length of the handle for cutting confidence. A ratchet-wheel locking system provides boundless blade positioning in a single touch, simply dial the blade to lock it into any cutting position and loose to retract. Eight segments per blade coupled with snap-blade technology assures cutting productivity.
