HearthStone%203120-201Ceramic%20Baffle%20Blanket%203120-201%20Hearthstone%20OEM%20Replacement%20ceramic%20blanket%20for%20use%20on%20the%20below%20stoves%3A%0D%0A%0D%0AMansfield%208010%0D%0AMansfield%208011%26nbsp%3B%0D%0AMansfield%208012%0D%0A%0D%0AThis%20is%20the%20blanket%20only%2C%20for%20the%20Ceramic%20Board%20this%20Blanket%20rests%20on%20top%20of%20please%20see%20part%20%23%203120-202%20Measures%2014%22%20x%2022%22%20x%201%2F2%22%0D%0AInstallation%3A%0D%0A1.%20Before%20starting%20the%20dis-assembly%2C%20use%20the%20magic%20marker%20to%20identify%20the%20secondary%20air%20tubes%20in%20the%20top%20of%20the%20firebox%2C%20just%20below%20the%20ceramic%20baffle.%20Mark%20them%20from%20the%20front%20to%20the%20back%20in%20a%20manner%20that%20you%20will%20recognize%20for%20reassembly.2.%20Locate%20the%20cotter%20pin%20on%20the%20left%20side%20of%20the%20third%20pipe%20from%20the%20front.%20Use%20the%20needle-nose%20pliers%20to%20remove%20the%20cotter%20pin.3.%20The%20air%20pipes%20are%20now%20free%2C%20and%20by%20moving%20them%20slightly%20to%20the%20left%20they%20will%20clear%20the%20edge%20of%20the%20manifold.%20The%20secondary%20air%20pipe%20retainer%20plate%20on%20the%20right%20side%20of%20the%20manifold%20is%20now%20also%20loose%20and%20can%20be%20taken%20down.4.%20The%26nbsp%3B%20ceramic%20board%20should%20now%20be%20loose%20and%20can%20be%20dropped%20into%20the%20firebox.%20Remove%20it%20along%20with%20the%20ceramic%20blanket%20on%20the%20top%20of%20the%20board.%20Save%20the%20blanket%20for%20reassembly.%20If%20any%20dried%20stove%20cement*%20is%20present%20on%20the%20edges%20of%20the%20manifold%2C%20scrape%20it%20away%20now.5.%20Apply%20a%20few%20of%20dabs%20of%20fresh%20stove%20cement%20or%20gasket%20glue%20(water%20glass)%20onto%20the%20top%20of%20the%20new%20baffle%20board%20to%20keep%20the%20blanket%20in%20place%20during%20reassembly.%20Ensure%20that%20the%20blanket%20does%20not%20overlap%20the%20edges%20of%20the%20board.%20Trim%20any%20excess%20portion%20of%20the%20blanket%20before%20installing%20the%20baffle%20board.6.%20Place%20the%20baffle%20board%20and%20blanket%20into%20the%20firebox%20and%20lift%20it%20above%20the%20secondary%20air%20manifold%20and%20allow%20it%20to%20rest%20on%20the%20back%2C%20and%20one%20side%20of%20the%20manifold.7.%20With%20the%20baffle%20in%20this%20position%2C%20install%20the%20air%20pipes.%20First%20place%20the%20retainer%20back%20into%20the%20manifold%20on%20the%20right%20side%20with%20the%20front%20slipped%20into%20the%20bracket%20and%20the%20tang%20inserted%20into%20the%20hole%20in%20the%20side%20of%20the%20manifold.8.%20Replace%20the%20tubes%20starting%20in%20the%20rear.%20Slide%20the%20left%20edge%20of%20each%20individual%20tube%20into%20the%20corresponding%20hole%20in%20the%20left%20edge%20of%20the%20manifold.%20Position%20the%20tube%20so%20that%20the%20slot%20in%20the%20right%20side%20of%20the%20pipe%20drops%20over%20the%20upper%20edge%20of%20the%20retaining%20bracket.%20Lock%20the%20tubes%20in%20place%20by%20inserting%20and%20bending%20the%20cotter%20pin%20back%20into%20the%20hole%20in%20the%20third%20pipe%20from%20the%20back.9.%20Reach%20up%20through%20the%20pipes%20and%20sliding%20the%20baffle%20board%20toward%20center%2C%20it%20will%20drop%20into%20its%20proper%20place%20above%20the%20secondary%20air%20tubes.%0D%0A%26nbsp%3B
