It has wide culinary usage, can be enjoyed as a beverage tea, and also has benefits as a medicinal tea. CULINARY USEEuropeans commonly used Lemon Verbena to flavor fruit-based drinks, fruit salad dressings, fish dishes, marinades, puddings, as it pairs well with fruits, vanilla, and seafood dishes.Lemon Verbena retains its lemony flavor during cooking, so you can use finely crumbled leaves in place of lemon zest in recipes, as well as add to batters of quick breads (banana, carrot, and zucchini breads).
