In the ghetto I live in, we sometimes find these little baggies with designs on them. We figure they are drug baggies. Other designs we have found are pot leaves, Pac-Mans, happy faces, and skull & cross bones. We found 8-balls before, but these are like power 8-balls with the electricity coming off of them. So this one this morning is new.
