Your gals (hens) will scream with excitement when they see you coming for their eggs! Our woven wire and plastic huevero” will be a house favorite for gathering and storing eggs. Your little granddaughter might need one too.  Guess where in Mexico these cuties are made? The Oaxaca region of Mexico produces many colorful and fun plastic woven baskets and totes. Many are handwoven by prisoners in the Oaxaca region. On joining the prison the inmates choose a job that enables them to make money to support their family. Many of the inmates choose to learn the traditional craft of plastic basket weaving that will become their skill. The prisoners take a lot of  pride in their work as it allows them to take control of their time, perfect their skill and make money independently. Huevero measures approx:  13” beak tip to tip of tail 8” wide  8” basket height  *Please let us choose the best hen as we have many in stock. The only difference will be the multicolor color choices. Trust us, they are all cute  and won't be disappointed.
