The masking fluid is made with hypo-allergenic liquid latex and is easy to rub off with a finger. This masking fluid pen has a self-cleaning metal nib to keep it flowing smoothly. To use it, unscrew the cap and squeeze the bottle with light, consistent pressure as you draw. Recap the pen as soon as you are done using it to prevent drying out. The wire inside the cap goes into the nib to clear away any potential clogs. Clean any masking fluid from the wire before you insert it into the nib.
