5 Heavy Duty Invisible / Conceal Nylon Closed Bottom Zipper

The #3 zipper is slightly heavier than the more commonly used #2 invisible zipper. #3 invisible zippers are used for light to medium weight fabrics. These zippers do not show their teeth once they are sewn into a garment. They are perfect for use in dresses, skirts, pants, shirts, and pillows. Tip: If you need a shorter length, just cut the bottom leaving yourself at least 1/2" of allowance and sew on the bottom to close.

#5 invisible zippers are heavy duty invisible zippers.  These are high qualit zippers used by top bridal houses and costume designers in NYC. These can handle more weight than the #2 and the #3 invisible zipper.  These zippers do not show their teeth once they are sewn into a garment.  Great for bridal gowns, evening gowns, costumes, cushion covers and heavy fabric.

Tip: If you need a shorter length, just cut the bottom leaving yourself at least 1/2 of allowance and sew on the bottom to close.
