This is just a PDF of my new 320 Ohuhu Oahu to the old 200 Oahu number system. I did include the color matches to the 72 brush markers I had or could color match by name, along with the 48 Pastel Brush and Fine. It's not a complete conversion, but it's a great start. I try my hardest to list them on my new color swatch blends on my blog www.inkyandscrappy.com . It's free to go over there and search the Ohuhu marker blend page. This is just a hard copy if you want it and I have to pay to put it up here so to off set that I added a small fee. I do have a newer more complete version with all the Oahu to Honolulu Markers, it does include the information on the 200 old numbering system. It is a bit more and if you really only need the Oahu new conversions from old this one works just fine. (I will leave it up for that reason.)
