Digital Transfer Film for Garment Printing

A3 size (11.7 x 16.5)

Use with Pigment Ink DTF Printer and Hot Melt Powder(polyamide).

Transfer Instructions:

• Print the image mirrored using DTF or DTG printer with pigment inks (not textile inks), color first then white under base on top.
• Apply hot melt powder on printed area while ink is still wet, shake off any excess powder from non printed area.
• Bake or heat up the sheet to melt the powder so it can bond to the ink. (until crystallization is disappeared)
• Heat press may be used, hover the platen over the sheet about 1/2-1 above for 3 minutes at 350F.
• For convectional oven, set temperature 250-260 and bake for 60 sec to 90 sec.
• Garment Transfer: heat up the press - 315-330 F - Medium/Heavy Pressure 15 seconds - Cold Peel (diagonal direction roll peel)
• Repress 5 seconds with Parchment Paper on top
• Works on cotton, cotton/poly, and polyester too. (not tested on nylon, leather or elastic compressed polyester)
• Use black powder for black garment for best result.
• Always Keep inside the bag, store in cool dry area, avoid direct sunlight and moisture.
